Find answers to common questions about mobile notary services, pricing,
and what to expect.
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your
location — your home, office, coffee shop, or any agreed meeting
place — to witness signatures and notarize documents. Instead of you
driving to a notary office during business hours, I come to you on
your schedule.
I serve Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties: Stafford,
Spotsylvania, King George, and Caroline. If you're unsure whether
you're in my service area, just give me a call at
(540) 287-9911
and I'll let you know.
I'm available early bird, evenings, and weekends — whenever fits
your schedule. Unlike traditional notary offices that close at 5 PM,
I work around your availability.
You'll need a valid, current photo ID (driver's license, passport,
state ID, or military ID) and your unsigned documents. Do not sign
them ahead of time — I must witness your signature in person.*

Pricing depends on the type of document, number of signatures, and
travel distance. Contact me at
(540) 287-9911
for a free quote. I accept cash, card (debit/credit), Zelle, Venmo,
Apple Pay, and Cash App.
I can notarize a wide range of documents including Last Will &
Testaments, Power of Attorney, Living Trusts, Advance Medical
Directives, vehicle title transfers, affidavits, contracts, bills of
sale, minor travel consent forms, and more. Visit my
Services page
for a full list.
Anywhere that's convenient for you — your home, office, a coffee
shop, library, hospital, or even a public park. As long as we can
sit down and review your documents, we're good to go.
Yes! I am a Virginia-commissioned notary public and carry $100,000
in Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, so your documents are
in safe hands.
Absolutely. That's one of the key benefits of a mobile notary — I
can come to hospitals, nursing homes, or private residences for
clients who are unable to travel.
Same-day appointments are often available! Call or text me at

and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
